The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Volleyball Federation decided to enter the first men’s national team into a closed training camp, starting next Saturday, in the covered hall of the Arab Contractors Club, as part of the plan to prepare for participation in the upcoming Challenge Cup tournament.

The camp aims to prepare all international elements physically and technically before the start of the tournament, through an intensive training program that includes morning and evening exercises under the supervision of the team’s technical staff.
The list officially announced by the Union to join the camp included:
Abdullah Abdel Salam, Ahmed Saeed Al-Suwaihli Al-Libi, Hamza Al-Safi, Shabab Al-Ahly of the Emirates, Ahmed Diaa Kravina of Serbia, Hossam Youssef, Saif Hassan Abed, Abdel-Rahman Al-Husseini, Mohamed Asran, Ziad Osama, Abdel-Rahman Saudi, Ahmed Gharib, Mustafa Jaber, Mohamed Ramadan, Mohamed Abdel-Mohsen, Omar Akram Petrojet, Mohamed Reda, Yassin Mohamed, Ashraf Al-Laqani, Ibrahim Adel, Abdel-Rahman Al-Shahat, Abu Al-Saud Al-Sayed, and Muhammad Adel.
The Egyptian Volleyball Federation assigned the task of technical leadership of the team to Mohamed El-Laqani as technical director, assisted by Mohamed Al-Hassan and Mohamed Refaat as assistants, in addition to the administrative and medical staff accompanying the delegation during the camp period.
