
Samaheej Sports Club will hold its third annual general assembly meeting for the 2022-2026 electoral cycle on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, in the Samaheej Club hall at 7:30 pm, to discuss and approve the literary report, the financial report, and consider the proposals and discuss them with members of the General Assembly.
In this regard, the General Secretary of the Samaheej Club, Sadiq Ahmed Al-Samahiji, confirmed the readiness of the Board of Directors to hold the General Assembly meeting, with close follow-up by the Club President, Mohamed Ibrahim, as all attachments related to the meeting were sent to the members of the General Assembly, and work was done on the literary report that contains the objectives of the stage and the news and activities of the Board of Directors that it implemented over the past year, with the efforts of all members of the Board of Directors.
Sadiq Al-Samahiji said that preparations are underway in coordination with the General Sports Authority and relevant authorities through the Executive Secretariat inviting members of the General Assembly who have paid the subscription fees and who are entitled to attend, as the Samaheej Club Board of Directors has been working to prepare the ground for membership development since the formation of the Council in June 2022 AD, as the Secretariat and the club’s management seek to benefit from competencies and experiences to reflect positively on the club’s administrative and sports level in a way that serves the Samaheej village community.
Secretary Sadiq Al-Samahiji stressed the importance of committing to attend before the meeting date to complete registration procedures and ensure that a quorum is complete. Al-Samahiji stated that the field is still open to receive new membership applications, and to receive membership renewal applications to join the General Assembly attendance list and contribute to presenting ideas, proposals and aspirations.
It is noteworthy that the Samaheej Club held its general assembly last year (December 2024), and it included three complementary members of the Board of Directors after the elections were held, as Fadel Abbas Hussein, Yasser Abdullah Khalil, and Muhammad Jaafar Abu Nasib joined to provide their services and expertise to the Samaheej Club.
