As part of its ongoing efforts to build strategic partnerships that enhance the process of developing horse racing in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and consolidate its growing presence on the regional and international sports and media scene, the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club announced the signing of a media sponsorship agreement with Redex Industries, under which the company will be among the sponsors of the “Al-Raffah” television program produced by the club for the 2025/2026 horse racing season.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Mr. Yousef Osama Buhiji, CEO of the club, and was signed by Sheikh Ali bin Isa Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Redex Industries, and Mr. Ibrahim Faisal Al-Maliki, Director of the Club’s Communications Department and General Supervisor of the “Al-Raffah” Programme.
This agreement comes within the vision of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club, which aims to expand the circle of cooperation with public and private sector institutions, by building qualitative partnerships that contribute to supporting the sports and media scene in the Kingdom, and enhance the club’s role as a leading national institution in developing and managing horse racing in accordance with the highest regulatory and media standards.
The “Al Raffah” television program is one of the most prominent media initiatives launched by the club, as it continues in its third season to shed light on local and international horse races held at the club’s tracks, in addition to addressing the technical and humanitarian aspects associated with this authentic sport, to form a link between horse lovers and the public following the racing seasons in the Kingdom of Bahrain and abroad.
For his part, Sheikh Ali bin Isa Al Khalifa expressed his pride in signing this media partnership with the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club, stressing that this step comes as an extension of REDEX’s approach to supporting national, sports and media projects that contribute to highlighting the honorable image of the Kingdom of Bahrain, pointing out that the remarkable development witnessed by horse racing in the Kingdom reflects the insightful vision of the wise leadership and the tireless efforts made by the club to consolidate Bahrain’s position on the map. Sheikh Ali bin Issa added that the company believes in the importance of sports media as an essential partner in the development of sports, stressing that the “Al-Raffah” program is a pioneering platform that contributes to documenting the club’s achievements and conveying its message to a wider audience inside and outside the Kingdom.
