One person was killed and 14 others were injured in a collision between two buses and a truck on the Galala-Zafarana road in the direction of Ain Sokhna in Suez Governorate.
Dr. Mina Fawzi, Director of the Ambulance Facility in Suez Governorate, received a report stating that the accident had occurred, and eight ambulances were dispatched to the location of the report immediately.
A source confirmed to Cairo 24 that ambulances transported the body and 14 injured people to the Suez Medical Complex, indicating that the injured are being dealt with and the necessary medical care is being provided.
Dr. Ahmed Shafik, director of the Health Care Authority branch in Suez Governorate, announced that the state of emergency had been lifted in all hospitals and that medical teams had been summoned to immediately deal with the accident.
Major General Hossam El-Din Ahmed Al-Dah, Director of Suez Security, also sent the leaders of the security and traffic services to the site of the accident to direct traffic on the road and prepare a technical report on the circumstances of the incident to submit to the competent investigation authorities.
