This comes within the framework of the political leadership’s directives to quickly implement national projects in new cities, and in the interest of continuous field follow-up to achieve development goals within the specified dates.
New transit on the development line… urgent meetings to accelerate the implementation of housing projects and legalize land
The first meeting came with the companies implementing national projects within the presidential initiative, Housing for All Egyptians, and the Green Housing Initiative, where the executive position of the projects, the actual completion rates, and the extent of the companies’ commitment to the specified time programs were reviewed.
During the meeting, Engineer Mahmoud Murad stressed the importance of careful follow-up by the executive departments of companies’ work to ensure compliance with quality specifications and technical standards, stressing that adherence to timetables represents a fundamental pillar for achieving development goals, supporting the concept of sustainable housing and improving the quality of life for citizens.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the head of the agency stressed the need for coordination and integration between all parties to ensure the success of green housing projects and achieve the goals of the state’s vision for sustainable development.
In a related context, Engineer Mahmoud Murad held a second meeting with the Real Estate Committee and the Technical Secretariats to follow up on the latest developments in the land legalization file, where he reviewed the work mechanisms for receiving applications and the stages of examining files until the final housing stage, stressing that this file is one of the priorities of the next stage.
Murad directed that the procedures be quickly completed according to a precise work plan that guarantees the highest standards of transparency and accuracy, while developing practical solutions to field challenges in a way that achieves justice for citizens and enhances the agency’s role in organizing and controlling land ownership.
The head of the agency also continued his field tours to follow up on the maintenance work of roads, facilities and green spaces, where he inspected the work of disinfecting and maintaining sanitation conformers and restoring things to their origin in social housing areas, in addition to implementing preventive maintenance work for drainage networks and rain drains in District 14, and following up on periodic maintenance of the pump house in the city’s main water tank.
Within the framework of the plan to raise the efficiency of roads and improve the internal connectivity network, Engineer Mahmoud Murad continued the work of straightening the asphalt layers on the L20 road, parallel to the central road, with a length of 2 kilometers, where about 700 meters were completed, and the rest of the distance is being completed to serve the 13th and 14th neighborhoods.
The head of the agency concluded by stressing that the next stage will witness intensified efforts and daily follow-up to ensure the implementation of national goals efficiently and effectively.
