His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain places supporting and empowering youth at the top of its national priorities, in line with its vision of building a society based on knowledge and innovation. His Highness praised the qualitative achievements of Bahraini youth in various fields, thanks to the incubating environment provided by the Kingdom through national initiatives aimed at developing skills, affirming the spirit of initiative and leadership, and stimulating creativity and productivity.
His Highness noted that the opening of the new headquarters of the INJAZ Bahrain Foundation represents a prominent step in the process of empowering Bahraini youth, and confirming their role as active partners in building the future of the nation. His Highness stressed that what the Foundation has achieved during two decades of giving embodies the deep belief in the capabilities of Bahraini youth and their potential to innovate and make positive change. His Highness expressed his hopes that the new headquarters will constitute a center for exchanging ideas and experiences, and a stimulating environment for developing skills, building minds, and refining experiences to keep pace with the requirements of the future.
This came during the opening of His Highness the new headquarters of INJAZ Bahrain, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of INJAZ Bahrain, Her Highness Sheikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of INJAZ Al Arab, Sheikha Hanadi bint Nasser Al Thani, a number of ministers, representatives of INJAZ’s boards of directors across the Middle East, senior officials and invitees.
His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa took a tour of the new headquarters, during which he viewed the organization’s facilities and met partners, before the evening concluded with a ceremony honoring the guests of honor.
For her part, Her Highness Sheikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa extended sincere thanks and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa for his generous patronage and continued support for the progress of INJAZ Bahrain, stressing that His Highness’s continued support constitutes a source of inspiration and a strong motivation to continue working to empower Bahraini youth and strengthen their role in innovation and shaping the future.
She said, “The new headquarters goes beyond traditional concepts, becoming a symbol of two decades of impact, partnership, and belief in the capabilities of youth. It is a space where innovation meets ambition, where the next generation of leaders continues to shape the future of Bahrain and the region.”
INJAZ Bahrain’s new headquarters is a national and regional youth center that brings together young minds and ignites the spark of creativity, leadership and cooperation. The facility includes advanced spaces that include a sports center, a media center, a science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) center, a lecture hall, an audio room, a cinema, an arts space, a library, in addition to modern training halls. The headquarters is designed to support youth development in the areas of entrepreneurship, financial literacy, digital skills, and sports innovation.
INJAZ Bahrain has contributed to inspiring and preparing more than 1.1 million students through more than 30 programs focused on entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial culture.
