“Khaleeji” announces net profits attributable to the company’s shareholders

Khaleeji Bank B.S.C. (trading code (KHALEEJI)) announced its financial results for the third quarter of the year 2025 AD, as the bank achieved net profits attributable to shareholders amounting to 2.394 million Bahraini dinars compared to 1.896 million Bahraini dinars in the third quarter of the year 2024 AD, an increase of 26.27%, while earnings per share amounted to 2.21 fils compared to 1.75 fils. For the same period last year, the total comprehensive income attributable to the shareholders of the parent company for the third quarter of 2025 amounted to 3,714 million Bahraini dinars, compared to 3,420 million Bahraini dinars recorded for the same period last year, i.e. an increase of 8.60%. Total revenues for the third quarter of 2025 amounted to 15,712 million Bahraini dinars, compared to 11,568 million Bahraini dinars recorded for the same period last year, an increase of 35.82%.

Meanwhile, the bank achieved net profits attributable to shareholders for the first nine months of the year 2025, amounting to 8,008 million Bahraini dinars, compared to a net profit of 7,034 million Bahraini dinars for the same period last year, an increase of 13.85%, and earnings per share reached 7.38 fils, compared to 7.08 fils in the same period last year. The total comprehensive income attributable to the shareholders of the parent company for the first nine months of this year amounted to 10,095 million Bahraini dinars, compared to 8,258 million dinars in the same period last year, recording an increase of 22.25%. Total revenues for the first nine months of 2025 amounted to 43.681 million Bahraini dinars, compared to 36.144 million Bahraini dinars recorded for the same period last year, an increase of 20.85%. This increase is mainly due to the bank recording an increase in income resulting from financing contracts, an increase in income from investments in real estate, and a general decrease in financing expenses.

The financial results showed an increase in total property rights by 3.19% to reach 132.75 million Bahraini dinars, compared to 128.65 million Bahraini dinars last year, while total assets recorded an increase of 5.10% to reach 1,572.44 million Bahraini dinars during the first nine months of 2025, compared to 1,496.13 million Bahraini dinars for the same period last year. In addition to an increase in deposits by 5.23%, reaching 1,417.32 million Bahraini dinars, compared to 1,346.88 million Bahraini dinars as of December 31, 2024. The financial results also showed an increase in investments in sukuks by 7.98%, reaching 542.22 million Bahraini dinars, compared to 502.14 million Bahraini dinars as of December 31, 2024. The bank also recorded an increase in financing contracts by 12.25%, reaching 809.528 million Bahraini dinars, compared to 721.167 million Bahraini dinars as of December 31, 2024.
