The security services at the Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of a video clip circulated on social media, in which the driver of a tuk-tuk appears activating a loudspeaker while walking on a street late in the city of Minya, causing inconvenience to citizens.

Upon examination, it was found that no reports had been received in this regard, and the “tuk-tuk” vehicle shown in the video clip without metal plates was identified and seized, and its driver residing in the Beni Mazar Police Station was arrested.
When confronted, he admitted to committing the incident as referred to, and the vehicle was seized and the necessary legal measures were taken regarding the incident.
In a separate context, the security services revealed the circumstances of a video clip that was circulated on social media, in which a person appears holding a white weapon and a wooden shield in his hand, and the comment is that he assaulted two women in Alexandria.
Tuk Tuk driver arrested
Upon examination, it was found that there were no reports in this regard, and it was possible to identify the two women referred to as housewives with “head bruises” – residing in the Thani al-Raml Police Department. By asking them, they determined that on the 28th of this month, a verbal altercation had occurred between them and the person shown in the video clip due to previous disagreements between them, which developed into an altercation during which the latter insulted and beat them, causing the aforementioned injuries and brandishing a wooden shield and a white weapon.
It was possible to identify and arrest the defendant, a tuk-tuk driver with “criminal information,” and the two tools used in the assault. When confronted, he admitted to committing the incident as referred to for the same reason, and legal measures were taken.
