His Highness Sheikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office and Chairman of the Supreme Authority of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club, issued a decision to reorganize the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club, which stated:
Article One:
A new clause numbered (W) will be added to Paragraph (4) of (Third) of Article One of Resolution No. (1) of 2023 to reorganize the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club, the text of which is as follows:
“W- Investment Management and Financial Sustainability.”
Article Two:
The text of Paragraph (5) of (Third) of Article One of Resolution No. (1) of 2023 reorganizing the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club shall be replaced with the following text:
“5- Executive Vice President for Financial Affairs, reporting to:
A- Financial resources management.
B- Human Resources and Services Management.”
Article Three:
The CEO of Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club must implement the provisions of this decision, and it will come into effect from the date of its issuance.
