He directed that evening work shifts begin to ensure that completion rates are doubled, with accurate daily reports being submitted on the implementation rates and performance rates of the implementing companies.

The head of the agency stressed the importance of daily and field follow-up of implementation work, stressing that no obstruction or negligence will be allowed, and that the implementing agencies will be subject to continuous evaluation according to actual performance rates, while monitoring the work of the bridge and cleaning the bridge periodically.

During the tour, the head of the agency inspected the entrance to the Downtown Towers, where he directed the necessity of implementing a distinctive “landmark” that expresses the city’s identity. He also followed up on the executive position on the site of the “Housing for All Egyptians” projects, emphasizing attention to the quality of finishes, the speed of completion of the works, the work of agriculture and green spaces, the coordination of the general site, the completion of the finishing of the buildings in the place of delivery, and the formation of vital axes and entrances to the site.

Then the head of the agency headed to the Mazarine Island area, where he followed the ongoing implementation work in the villa area, and stressed the speedy completion of the landscaping work in the area, with a focus on the areas handed over to the owners, and the speedy development of a clear plan to hand over the rest of the villas, stressing the need to adhere to the specified timetables and the quality of the finishes.

The head of the agency explained that the villa area consists of 285 villas, divided into two phases: The first phase has a completion rate of 99%, and the second has a completion rate of 83%, indicating that 116 villas out of a total of 185 villas have been delivered ready for delivery, and a time plan is being prepared to deliver the rest of the villas successively during the coming period.
