US President Donald Trump said that he is not thinking about running in the upcoming presidential elections.
Trump added, in statements reported by American media, that he had put pressure on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in previous times, noting that he “did not like some of his actions,” and said: “You saw what I did about that.”
He explained that he does not believe that Netanyahu is treated well in Israel, adding: “We will intervene to help him a little because he is being subjected to great injustice. He is the person that Israel needed in a time of war, and I do not think that he is being treated as he deserves.”
Trump noted that he worked with Netanyahu very well during his presidency, stressing that “sometimes he had to push him a little in one direction or another.”
In another context, Trump said that the days of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro are numbered.
He also warned of the dangers of the spread of nuclear weapons around the world, stressing that what currently exists is enough to blow up the planet 150 times.
