I decided Ministry of Housing Opening the door for booking and paying advances for 25,000 new housing units at various levels within medium and luxury housing projects, in a number of new cities, as part of the state’s ongoing efforts to provide housing units that suit various segments of society, and to meet the growing demand for modern housing with integrated services.

Price per square meter of shades project units
The Dilal project is one of the latest and most important luxury housing projects ready for reservation. It includes 9,412 residential units and penthouses with areas ranging from 114 to 227 square meters. The reservation deposit is 250 thousand pounds, with the possibility of payment in installments over periods of up to 7 years.

Deadlines for submitting and paying the reservation
Submission and payment of the serious reservation begins from November 16 until December 15, through the Misr Digital Platform, according to a number of organized steps to ensure transparency and ease of procedures.
How to reserve residential units through the Misr Real Estate platform and payment dates
The first step: Create a digital identity and register on the Digital Egypt platform (click here).
1- The applicant must create a digital identity and register on the Egypt Digital platform with his name, national number, and personal phone number.
-This step is essential and necessary before starting the application procedures.
2- When the user enters the offering site, he will be asked to log in using the credentials for the Egypt Digital Platform (digital identity) according to what was created in the previous step.
3- After logging in, the user must complete his profile, which is an essential step during the review period.
The information required in the registration form includes:
– Personal data
– Residence address
– Bank statements
The second step: electronic reservation procedures
When the user has settled on the desired project, he can begin the booking process, which takes place as follows:
A. Project selection.
for. Define the area within the project.
C. Confirm your reservation via the electronic system.
D. Go to the electronic payment gateway or return to the home page.
e. Confirm the reservation after paying the serious amount of the reservation.
The third step and available payment methods
The system provides several easy payment methods to suit all applicants, as follows:
1- Payment by bank cards (Visa / MasterCard / Meeza)
The serious value of the reservation must be available in the applicant’s bank account before starting the payment process.
2- Payment through post offices
The user obtains the payment number that appears when choosing the payment method, and goes to the post office to pay the required amount through the Misr Real Estate platform services section.
3- Payment through bank branches
Payment can be made in more than 4,700 branches of 39 banks, by providing the payment number to the relevant employee and paying the required amount.
4- Payment via Internet banking to cooperating banks
-The system allows electronic transfers from applicants’ personal accounts via banking applications.
-After entering the eFinance or government services section, choose the Misr Real Estate platform, and enter the paid number to complete the payment process.

Step Four: Internal Review
The review process takes place during the period from December 16, 2025 until January 3, 2026 via the Misr Real Estate platform, in order to verify that the conditions and documents for the reservation are met.
A text message (SMS) will be sent to applicants who find violations or deficiencies in their data during the review period.
Step Five: Providing detailed data for the units
Detailed data for each project will be published according to the timings and announcements that will be announced on the official website of the Misr Real Estate Platform.
Step Six: Final reservation of units
Serious reservation during the period from 11/16/2025 until 12/15/2025, then the process of making detailed data available for the units starting from 1/4/2026.
-Reservation of Diyaruna units on 1/11/2026 and 1/12/2026.
-Shadow project units on 1/13/2026 and 1/14/2026.
– Project units (Paradise, Misr Housing, Free Housing, and Rawdat Al-Obour) on 1/18/2026 and 1/19/2026.
-Units of the Ismailia Diversified Housing Project on 1/20/2026 and 1/21/2026.
These new proposals come within the framework of the state’s plan to expand the implementation of medium and luxury housing projects within new cities, in a way that achieves housing justice and takes into account the various purchasing capabilities of citizens, while relying fully on the Egypt Digital Platform to ensure the transparency and automation of all reservation, payment and review procedures.
