“Gulf Hotels” announces its financial results for the nine-month period ending on September 30

Gulf Hotels Group Company (B.S.C.) (“Gulf Hotels Group” or “the Group”), Bahrain Bourse trading symbol: GHG, today announced its financial results for the third quarter (the “Quarter”) and the first nine months of the year ending September 30, 2025 (the “Period”).

Results during the third quarter of 2025:

Gulf Hotels Group announced a net profit during the third quarter of the year 2025 amounting to 1.23 million Bahraini dinars, compared to 1.08 million Bahraini dinars in the third quarter of the previous year, an increase of 0.2 million Bahraini dinars, equivalent to 15%. The basic and diluted per share is 5 fils, compared to 5 fils in the third quarter of last year. Total comprehensive income reached 0.9 million Bahraini dinars, compared to 0.14 million Bahraini dinars for the third quarter of the previous year, with an increase of 0.8 million Bahraini dinars. Revenues for the third quarter amounted to 7.7 million Bahraini dinars, compared to 7.8 million Bahraini dinars for the same period last year, a decrease of 0.1 million Bahraini dinars, equivalent to 0.7%.

Within nine months of 2025, the company achieved the following:

Net profit amounted to 6.5 million Bahraini dinars compared to a profit of 5.9 million Bahraini dinars in nine months of the previous year, an increase of 0.58 million Bahraini dinars, equivalent to 10%. The basic and diluted per share amounted to 29 fils, compared to 26 fils in the nine months of last year. Total comprehensive income amounted to BD 6.04 million compared to BD 4.65 million for the nine months of the previous year, with an increase of BD 1.4 million, equivalent to 30%. Revenues amounted to 26.4 million Bahraini dinars, compared to 26.1 million Bahraini dinars for the same period last year, an increase of 0.3 million Bahraini dinars, equivalent to 1%.

Total equity (excluding minority interests) for the nine-month period ending September 30, 2025 amounted to BD 105.8 million compared to BD 105.5 million for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, an increase of BD 0.3 million, equivalent to 0.3%.

Total assets for the year to date amounted to BD 112 million compared to BD 113 million for the financial year ending 31 December 2024, a decrease of BD 1 million, equivalent to 1%.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors, Mr. Fawzi Kanoo, commented by saying: “The Group continued its growth during the third quarter of 2025. We achieved a net profit of 6.5 million Bahraini dinars, an increase of 10% compared to the same period last year, despite the usual seasonal decline in tourist traffic during the summer, which reflects the efforts of the executive management and all the company’s employees in effectively managing the group’s portfolio and enhancing operational efficiency.
