Foulath Holding Company, an industrial group specializing in iron and steel, and the parent company of both Bahrain Steel and Solb Company, announced that it has obtained a golden license from the Kingdom of Bahrain, in recognition of its prominent role in developing the industrial sector and supporting the Kingdom’s efforts in promoting sustainability through innovation and clean energy.
This announcement came during the activities of the Gulf Gate 2025 Investment Forum, which was hosted by the Economic Development Board at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay on November 2 and 3, where four new golden licenses were revealed covering the technology, real estate and green industry sectors, which will be developed by leading companies in these sectors, with a total investment of 4.4 billion US dollars. These projects are expected to provide more than 1,100 job opportunities, in support of the Kingdom’s efforts to diversify the economy and enhance its competitiveness.
Within the framework of this license, Foulath Holding Company will expand its current facility to develop a solar energy project by building a specialized structure, in a step that confirms the company’s commitment to shifting towards green manufacturing, reducing the carbon footprint, and supporting the Kingdom’s goals in the field of sustainability and renewable energy.
