Many local units in the centers and cities of Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate announced that they received a signal from Kafr El-Sheikh Electrical Engineering, stating that the electrical current would be disconnected today, Sunday, from many transformers and electrical feeders in order to carry out the necessary periodic maintenance.
Electricity was cut off in 15 villages and areas in Kafr El-Sheikh
The statement continued that Kafr El-Sheikh Electrical Engineering confirmed that the electricity will be cut off starting at 8 a.m. and until one o’clock in the afternoon today, as the power will be cut off from the village of Mit Al-Diba and its outskirts in the Qalin Center, and in Desouk from the village of Al-Agouzin and its outskirts.
As for the Sidi Salem center, electricity will be cut off from the village of Al-Sahmawi and its outbuildings, in Al-Hamoul from the villages of 18, 17, and Meshal, in Fuwah from the village of Qabrit and its outbuildings, Al-Fath Street, the village of Shughi and its outbuildings, and the irrigation area, and in Kafr El-Sheikh from the villages of Othman, Defria, the Zain Al-Abidin subdivision area, and the Factory 2 subdivision area.
The local units of the centers and cities of Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate appealed to citizens, bakery owners and hospitals to meet their electricity needs during the power outage and until the electricity returns again.
