The United States is leading the race for major AI models by highlighting some of the leading companies in the field.
Europe seeks to enter the era of artificial intelligence applications
According to Times Now News, startups such as Lovable, which specializes in programming, and Synthesia, which produces smart videos for enterprises, are emerging as potential leaders of the new category.
The report indicated that emerging European and Israeli companies in the field of cloud applications and artificial intelligence have so far collected 66 cents for every dollar collected by their American counterpart, in 2025.
Philip Puteri, a partner at Accel, said that this improvement came as a result of the emergence of an integrated system of founders and investors who know how to build strong software companies, an “interaction that has been going on for ten years,” as he described it, stressing that the European and Israeli founders are capable of more than just working in major artificial intelligence laboratories, as they combine high technical talent with a deep understanding of different markets, from health care and law to industry and marketing.
This is consistent with the AI Europe 100 report, with an earlier report highlighting European AI startups that the report believes have the potential to become future winners thanks to their speed of growth, team, and technology advancement.
The report noted that these new companies are generating $100 million in annual recurring revenue within a few years, which would have taken decades in previous waves of software.
