
Esterad Investment Company B.S.C. announced (“Esterad” or the “Company”) (trading symbol ESTERAD) today announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2025 (the “Quarter”) and the first nine months of the year (the “Period”) ending September 30, 2025, recording growth in net profits, supported by its diversified portfolio and strategic initiatives.
Net profit attributable to shareholders amounted to 1,180,834 Bahraini dinars for the third quarter of 2025, compared to 1,001,936 Bahraini dinars for the same quarter of 2024, an increase of 18%. Earnings per share for the quarter amounted to 7.3 fils, compared to 6.5 fils in the third quarter of last year. The total comprehensive income attributable to shareholders for the third quarter amounted to 1,162,567 Bahraini dinars, compared to 836,421 Bahraini dinars in the same period of 2024, an increase of 39% over last year. Total income for the quarter amounted to 2,156,754 Bahraini dinars, compared to 2,737,180 Bahraini dinars in the third quarter of 2024, a decrease of 21%.
During the nine-month period ending on September 30, 2025, Esterad announced a net profit attributable to shareholders of 2,712,196 Bahraini dinars, compared to 2,323,582 Bahraini dinars in the same period of the previous year, an increase of 17%. Earnings per share for the first nine months of 2025 amounted to 16.8 fils, compared to 15.1 fils in the first nine months of 2024. The total comprehensive income attributable to shareholders amounted to 2,876,814 Bahraini dinars for the nine-month period of this year, an increase of 70%, compared to 1,691,731 Bahraini dinars for the similar period in 2024. Total income for the nine-month period amounted to BD 6,244,307, compared to BD 7,431,925 in the first nine months of 2024, a decrease of 16%.
Total equity attributable to shareholders amounted to 44,303,880 Bahraini dinars on September 30, 2025, compared to 43,377,483 Bahraini dinars on December 31, 2024, a change of 2%. Total assets amounted to 82,739,890 Bahraini dinars on September 30, 2025, compared to 93,100,840 Bahraini dinars on December 31, 2024, which represented a decrease of 11%.
