
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, confirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain continues to adopt initiatives that enhance human rights achievements in a way that supports the comprehensive development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the great King of the country, may God protect and preserve him.
This came during a meeting with His Highness, may God protect him, at Riffa Palace today, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Mr. Hamad bin Faisal Al Maliki, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, Engineer Ali Ahmed Al Darazi, Chairman of the National Institution for Human Rights, and members of the Board of Commissioners of the National Institution for Human Rights, where the twelfth annual report of the National Institution for Human Rights was submitted to His Highness. His Highness expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the National Institution for Human Rights, and the qualitative achievements it continues to achieve under the prosperous reign of His Majesty the King. The Most High, may God protect and preserve him, which comes as a translation of the principles of the National Action Charter, the Constitution, laws, and relevant legislation, in addition to international and regional treaties.
For his part, the President of the National Institution for Human Rights and the members of the Institution’s Board of Commissioners expressed their thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for his continued interest in supporting the initiatives that the National Institution for Human Rights is working to achieve, in a way that enhances the achievements of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the field of human rights.
