Mohammed Abdullatif bin Jalal, President of the Bahrain Athletics Federation, extended his warmest congratulations and blessings to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the country, and to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the occasion of the great success achieved by the Kingdom of Bahrain in hosting the Third Asian Youth Games (Bahrain 2025), which received wide praise from all participating Asian delegations.
Bin Jalal also extended his sincere congratulations and congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs, President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, and to His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, for their inspiring leadership and insightful vision that contributed to achieving this honorable success that consolidated Bahrain’s position on the Asian and international sports map.
Bin Jalal stressed that the Kingdom’s hosting of this continental event and its organization at this professional level reflects the great development that Bahrain has achieved in the sports, administrative and organizational infrastructure, thanks to the support of the wise leadership and its continued interest in youth and sports.
He pointed out that Bahrain’s ranking second in the Arab world in the medal table, with the Bahraini team winning 13 medals, including five gold medals, five silver medals, and three bronze medals, is a qualitative achievement that is added to the record of Bahraini sports that is full of successes, stressing that this superiority reflects the fruit of the organized work and great support that the national teams enjoy in various games.
Bin Jalal concluded his statement by emphasizing that what was achieved in the Third Asian Youth Games will remain a source of pride and pride for every Bahraini, and a motivation to continue working to achieve more achievements in the future.
