Badr University in Cairo extended its sincere congratulations to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and to the Egyptian people, on the occasion of the official opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum, which is considered one of the most important cultural and civilizational projects in the modern era.

Badr University confirmed in a statement issued today that this historic event embodies the vision of the Egyptian state in preserving human heritage and presenting ancient Egyptian civilization in its finest forms, praising the high-level global presence witnessed at the opening, which included a number of kings, presidents, leaders of countries, and representatives of international organizations, which reflects the prestigious position that Egypt enjoys on the international arena.
Dr. Hassan Al-Qala, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Badr University, stressed that the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum represents a national achievement that expresses the state’s orientation towards building the new republic based on comprehensive development and enhancing Egypt’s soft power through culture, antiquities and the arts.
He stressed that the university takes it upon itself to support and support all national projects that contribute to building the new republic, based on its role in providing a distinguished graduate capable of meeting the needs of the local and international labor market, through advanced study programs, interest in scientific research, and building effective partnerships with a number of prestigious universities, research centers and scientific institutions in various countries of the world.
The university concluded its statement by emphasizing its pride in this giant national project, which is added to the record of national achievements during the era of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and embodies Egypt’s cultural and historical leadership at the regional and international levels.
