
The Parliamentary Division of the Kingdom of Bahrain participates in the work of the 31st Arab Scout Conference, hosted by the Emirates Scouts Association at the Yas Island Convention Center in Abu Dhabi, during the period from 15 to 21 November 2025 AD, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.
The Kingdom of Bahrain is represented at the conference by the Parliamentary Division delegation, headed by His Excellency MP Mohammed Jassim Al Aliwi, and with the membership of His Excellency MP Jalal Kazem Hassan, and His Excellency Mr. Reda Ibrahim Monfardi, member of the Shura Council, in implementation of the directives of His Excellency Mr. Ahmed bin Salman Al Muslim, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Parliamentary Division of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and in the interest of strengthening the Bahraini role in supporting Arab scouting work and strengthening parliamentary cooperation in the youth and volunteer fields.
His Excellency MP Mohammed Al Aliwi stressed that the participation of the Kingdom of Bahrain in this Arab forum comes as a continuation of its continued support for the Arab Scout Movement and confirmation of its active presence in regional youth forums, noting that the conference constitutes a high-level platform for exchanging experiences and reviewing best practices in the field of youth empowerment, in a way that enhances joint Arab action and contributes to achieving sustainable development goals.
Al Aliwi also indicated that the conference will discuss ways to enhance the role of Arab Scouting in achieving sustainable development goals, enshrine Scouting values in educational curricula, as well as develop leadership qualification programs for youth, and adopt advanced practices in the fields of training, volunteering, and Scout camps, in keeping with technological and educational transformations in the world.
