The Supply Directorate in Assiut Governorate launched a large ration campaign in the area of Manqabad village in Assiut Center, based on the directives of the political leadership and the instructions of Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, and the directives of Major General Hisham Abu Al-Nasr, Governor of Assiut, to intensify ration campaigns in various parts of the governorate, seize expired goods and products, and eliminate commercial fraud, and with the instructions of Mr. Engineer Khaled Mohamed Ahmed, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply.
4470 packages of expired paint were seized
A paint shop was raided, and during the inspection, a large quantity of expired paint was seized, including 4,470 packages of paint, including lacquer paints, plastic colours, marble paint, and glossy paint, all of which had expired, and legal measures were taken in this regard.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply in Assiut confirmed that campaigns are continuing on all markets, shops, markets, stores, gas depots, gas stations, and ration exchanges to arrest violators.
