Kamal Shuaib, the club’s legal advisor, confirmed ZamalekThe Board of Directors of the White Castle, headed by Hussein Labib, is waiting for an official decision to return the 6th of October land to the club again.

Shuaib said in television statements: Zamalek will not obtain an alternative land for the 6th of October land, but it will obtain additional land in the assembly next to the October land.
He added: Our position is sound in October Land, and a memorandum was submitted to the Prime Minister, and we feel optimistic and await the official decision to return the land to Zamalek, and we appeal to the president to resolve the matter.
He added: We are waiting for a decision to return the October Land to Zamalek, because it is special for the fans, especially since work has already been done on it.
Regarding the sale of units from October Land, he said: We obtained approvals from the official authorities to change the activity in order to invest and sell some units, and obtain financial compensation to build the new branch and pay off the club’s debts.
He stressed: The Ministry of Housing offered Zamalek to obtain additional land in the Sixth Settlement, and we are looking at resolving the October land crisis in order to proceed with the third branch project.
