The head of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, Khalil al-Hayya, confirmed that the movement has a great and sufficient will not to return to war against the Palestinian people in Gaza, and not to give the occupation any pretext for the return of war.
Al-Hayya added in his statements published on the official Hamas channel on Telegram: There are problems in searching for the bodies of prisoners of the occupation, because the Zionist occupation changed the nature of the land of Gaza during the war of extermination, and even some of those who buried these bodies were martyred, or no longer know where they were buried. Despite all that, so far 17 bodies have been handed over to the Israeli occupation out of 28 bodies, and 13 bodies remain from the list provided by the occupation.
He continued: Our brothers in the resistance and in the Al-Qassam Brigades are serious about searching day and night, and everyone bears witness to this seriousness. There is an operations room in Cairo in which there are mediators and a team from the occupation, and we are on the other side, present in a special room, following up on an ongoing basis.

On the other hand, Al-Hayya said: I had a short meeting with the American envoy Steve Witkoff and Kushner, and before him a long meeting with Buller months ago, and we spoke in the meeting that we as Palestinians are advocates of stability, and are searching for our stolen right, and that we want to live like the peoples of the world in a Palestinian entity in a Palestinian state, and we have no problem except with the one who occupied our land and expelled us from it.
He continued: The treacherous Zionist operation in Doha and the miserable failure it caused for the Zionist occupation, this unprecedented failure, and the greatest failure in the history of the Zionist occupation, made there a setback for the Zionist entity and an international revolution.
