Vatel Bahrain College of Hospitality organized an open day event at the Sofitel Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa Hotel, as an extension of its continuous efforts to raise the awareness of students and parents about studying the specialty of hospitality and hotel management at the college, and to provide a distinctive experience that allows them to explore the world of luxury hospitality and the innovative academic programs offered by the college. With this event, the college concludes the series of open day events it is holding for this academic year. The event began with a presentation on the Bachelor’s program in International Hotel Management offered by the college, and the MBA program in International Hotel Management that it recently launched, and the education these programs provide that combines the theoretical and practical sides through training in the most luxurious hotels in the Kingdom of Bahrain and abroad. This was followed by a guided tour inside the hotel departments, which provided Visitors have a comprehensive overview of luxury hospitality operations. At the conclusion of the event, visitors also had a unique opportunity to communicate and meet with the team and graduates of the college and industry experts from the hotel. On this occasion, His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Director General of Vatel Bahrain College of Hospitality, confirmed that organizing the open day at the Sofitel Zallaq Hotel comes as a continuation of the tireless efforts undertaken by the college to introduce the public interested in the academic programs. The quality offered by the college, to enable them to join specialized professional paths in the fields of hospitality, tourism and hospitality, given the promising career prospects these sectors have and the large growing demand in the labor market for this field locally, regionally and internationally. His Excellency explained that this introductory event is a window to a promising professional future in one of the fastest growing sectors globally, and prepares students For future students to enter the field with confidence and acquire the knowledge, concepts and practical skills required in accordance with international standards, and to be trained by experts in the hospitality sector, praising the partnership between the college and the Sofitel Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa Hotel and the shared vision of supplying the Bahraini and international labor market with leading expertise and competencies.
