The Egyptian Gazette published in Issue No. 237, issued on October 23, 2025, the Minister of Justice’s Decision No. 5565, 5566 of 2025 regarding the transfer of the headquarters of the Real Estate Registry and Documentation Office in Qena and the Qena Suburbs Documentation Branch to the Nile Schools Street in the Al-Kunoz area in Qena Governorate.
Transferring the headquarters of the Qena Real Estate Registry Office and the Qena Suburbs Documentation Branch to the Al-Kunoz area
The text of the decision came: After reviewing Law No. 114 of 1946 regulating the real estate notarization and its executive regulations issued on 8/14/1946, and Law No. 68 of 1947 regarding documentation and its executive regulations issued on 11/3/1947: And the President of the Republic’s decision regarding Law No. 5 of 1964 regulating the notarization department.

He continued: And the Ministerial Resolution issued on 10/21/1947 appointing the notary offices and their respective headquarters and jurisdiction: And the Ministerial Resolution No. 2090 of 2013 regarding the establishment of an office for Real Estate Registration and Authentication in Qena Governorate in the name of the Office of Real Estate Registration and Authentication in Qena: And the memorandum of the Real Estate Registration and Authentication Department dated 9/9/2025:
The first article in Resolution No. 5565 stipulated that the headquarters of the Qena Suburbs Documentation Branch of the Real Estate Registry and Authentication Office in Qena, which is located in the Al-Konouz area, Al-Shamadan Building Street – Qena Governorate, be transferred to its headquarters in Building 506, Nile Schools Street, in the Al-Konouz area – Qena Governorate, with the same spatial and qualitative jurisdiction and administrative boundaries.
The text of the first article of Resolution No. 5566 states that the headquarters of the Real Estate Registry and Documentation Office in Qena, located in the Al-Konouz area, Al-Shamadan Building Street, Qena Governorate, will be transferred to its headquarters at Building 506, Nile Schools Street, in the Al-Konouz area, Qena Governorate, with the same spatial and qualitative jurisdiction and administrative boundaries.
Article Two also stipulates that this decision shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette, and shall be effective as of 10/18/2025, when it was issued on 9/22/2025.
