Hurghada International Airport receives, throughout the hours of Monday, 101 flights, carrying approximately 18,000 tourists of different nationalities, as the competent authorities and airport authorities facilitate procedures for the arrivals.

For his part, Essam Ali, a tourism expert and Vice President of the Chamber of Tourism Establishments in the Red Sea, said that there is an increase in tourist occupancy rates.
Ali added, in exclusive statements to Cairo 24, that there is a great diversity of expatriate nationalities, with expectations of a distinctive winter tourist season.
He explained that this increase in tourist occupancy comes as a result of the efforts made by the tourism sector to promote Hurghada as a preferred destination for tourists from all over the world.
These efforts include improving tourism infrastructure, providing high-quality services, and providing a variety of recreational and cultural activities that meet the needs and expectations of visitors.
