The shift from the path of career anxiety and fear of the future to a path that leads to the stage of differentiation and choice confirms that we are on the right path and in the right direction towards that bright future for our children and the children of future generations. Patchwork solutions are of no benefit even if they are accompanied by intense media campaigns. Sustainable solutions are what make the difference, build bridges of trust, and achieve societal stability, and all of this depends on With the interaction of the private sector, this is the sector that we rely on a lot in creating promising job opportunities for young people of both sexes. We are heartened by the interaction of this sector with the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which resulted in more than a thousand jobs in the first two days of launching this initiative, and the number is increasing.
The dimensions of this initiative will affect the psychological aspect of parents and their children alike because of its positive impact on societal stability, which is considered a basic foundation, as it is an affirmation of the adoption of national competencies, which will increase the opportunities for professional development through training courses and advanced studies that young people will compete for across many specializations that will be provided by the private sector.
This initiative is considered one of the aspects of Bahrain’s economic vision, which has made sustainability a goal and a means, and providing jobs in various sectors of the state, whether public or private, a national policy led by a clear will from His Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, based on tender care coming from His Majesty the King of the country.
