The Qena Criminal Court ruled that the papers of 4 people were referred to the Mufti of the Mufti on charges of killing a young man in Nag Hammadi, Qena Governorate.
The ruling was issued under the chairmanship of the Counselor, Islam Muhammad Hamza, the head of the court, the membership of the advisers Ahmed Mahfouz Abdel -Latif, Yasser Arafa Aref, Abdul Basit Qamar Al -Zaman Ibrahim, Muhammad Essam Abdel Aziz, the public prosecutor, and the Secretariat of Salah Farraj and Ashraf Khalaf.

The beginning of the case dates back to February 2022, when the security services of the Nag Hammadi Police Station found the body of Khamis, a 30 -year -old young man, with several gunshot injuries and severe machines dumped on the agricultural road in the village of Bahjoura, Nag Hammadi Center.
It was found that the accused in the incident 4 people, the main accused, have financial differences with the victim, so they monitored him on the agricultural road between the Nag Hammadi and Farshout centers in front of the village of Bahjoura and they assaulted him with severe machines and several gunshot wounds.
The case was referred to the Qena Criminal Court, which ruled that 4 people accused in the incident were referred to the Mufti to take the legitimate opinion of their execution on charges of killing a young man on an abandoned road due to financial disputes in Nag Hammadi.
