Major General Dr. Hisham Abu Al -Nasr, Governor of Assiut, extended a greeting of appreciation and pride for all Egyptian teachers in general and Assiut teachers in particular, on the occasion of the celebration of the Teacher Day, stressing that the teacher will always remain one of the pillars of building the country and the maker of hope in a brighter future for future generations.
Governor of Assiut: The teacher is the basis for building a person and the maker of hope in the future of the country
In his statements, the governor of Assiut said: The day of the teacher is not merely an occasion that we celebrate, but it is a day that we renew the covenant with the owners of the noble message who perform their trust with sincerity, and contribute to building the conscious Egyptian personality capable of taking responsibility.
He added that the Egyptian state, led by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, puts education at the forefront of its priorities as the basis of sustainable development and the axis of building the Egyptian person, noting that the state’s efforts in developing the educational process will only be completed by assessing the role of the teacher and paying attention to creating the appropriate climate for him inside the school.
Major General Hisham Abu Al -Nasr explained that Assiut Governorate is going with a steady pace to support the educational system in various centers and villages, by expanding the establishment of new schools, maintaining and raising the efficiency of existing schools, as well as working to introduce modern technology within the classroom to improve the quality of education.
The governor continued, saying: All the greeting and appreciation to every teacher and teacher carried the trust of science, and instilled in the hearts of their students the love of the homeland and belonging to it, you are the role model and the model, and the effort you make is the true basis for building a person and the development of society.
The governor of Assiut concluded his statements by emphasizing that honoring the real teacher is appreciating his effort and providing a work environment worthy of his great role, calling on everyone to cooperate in order to upgrade the educational system and achieve a better future for the people of Assiut.
