The work of the General Assembly of the Egyptian Port Said Club began at nine in the morning, Friday, which includes the special meeting to express an opinion on the amendments to the club’s bylaws, and continues until seven in the evening, under the full supervision of the Judicial Committee supervising the General Assembly, headed by Counselor Mohamed Medhat Hafez, Vice President of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, and with the membership of Counselor Mohamed Hassan Nour El-Din, Vice President of the Authority.
The start of the Egyptian Club’s General Assembly to discuss amendments to the regulations and the balance sheet
The corridors of the club witnessed the presence of the committee formed by the Youth and Sports Directorate in Port Said, headed by Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Director General of the Directorate, Khaled Al-Nahla, Deputy Director of Sports, Osama Najm, Director of Legal Affairs, Mahmoud Al-Murr, Director of Governance, and Mohamed Gamal Abu Al-Maati, Director of Bodies, in order to follow up on the progress of the association’s work and ensure the implementation of regulated legal procedures.
The activities are taking place under the supervision of Major General Ihab Al-Saei, Executive Director of the Club, Major General Hamdi Othman, Director of Club Security, and Major General Mohsen Sheta, Advisor to the Board of Directors for Administrative Affairs, in a calm organizational atmosphere and with broad participation from members of the General Assembly.
Approval of the balance sheet
The Assembly’s work is scheduled to include voting on approving the club’s balance sheet and final account for the period from 7/1/2024 to 6/30/2025, in addition to discussing and approving proposals to amend a number of articles of the Egyptian Club’s bylaws.
