During the discussion session, which took place on the sidelines of the 151st General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, in the city of Geneva in the Swiss Confederation, the Secretary-General of the Shura Council presented a copy of the report to the Secretary-General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, stressing the keenness of the General Secretariat of the Council to exchange experiences and expertise with international parliaments, and to inform them of the General Secretariat’s continued efforts to develop its systems and procedures in line with the latest international practices. In the field of supporting and assisting Their Excellencies Council members, especially in the field of digital transformation and the optimal use of artificial intelligence technologies.
