The second race of the second round of the Saudi Aramco Formula 4 Championship, approved by the International Automobile Federation (FIA), concluded today, Thursday, and hosted by the Bahrain International Circuit, organized by the Motorsport Agencies Company, and supervised by the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation.
At the conclusion of the race, His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Sultan Al Abdullah Al Faisal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation, and the Saudi Motor Sports Company, crowned British driver Kate Belowski from the BEX team with the first place award, while His Excellency Sheikh Salman bin Isa Al Khalifa, CEO of the Bahrain International Circuit, presented the second place award to the Indian driver Ari Bansal from the My Car team, while Fawaz Al Gosaibi handed over, Swedish Scott Ken Lindblom from the Red Bull team received the third place award, and Fiona Morgan Rees, head of sporting affairs for the championship, presented the best female racer award to Dutchwoman Esme Costerman, while race director Claro Zegan handed the best rookie driver award to Kate Belowski.

His Highness welcomed the return of the Saudi Aramco Formula 4 Championship, expressing his pride in the level of organization witnessed in the championship organized by Motorsport Agencies, the distinguished performance provided by the drivers and the strong competition witnessed in the race.
His Highness said: “This championship is very important for all Saudi and foreign drivers, as it is a platform for preparing the next generation of Saudi drivers who are able to compete in the regional and international arenas, and it also represents the ladder that takes them to global forums. These championships contribute to the development of drivers physically and mentally, and provide them with the opportunity to raise their technical level and enhance their readiness to take on the challenges of motorsport with high professionalism.”
His Highness concluded his statement by saying: “We look forward to continuing this momentum as the championship moves to Jeddah to hold its next rounds, thus enhancing the Kingdom’s position as a leading destination for motor sports, and in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in empowering youth and developing the sports sector.”
Returning to the race results, Kit Belowski was able to achieve first place after finishing the race in a time of 25 minutes, 52 seconds, and 659 hundredths of a second, ahead of the second-place finisher, Ari Bansal, by two minutes, and 838 hundredths of a second, while Scott Lienblum came in third place, three minutes, and 774 hundredths of a second behind the first-place finisher, and Emirati Theo Palmer from the Jago team came in fourth place. The Belgian Thibaut Ramaekers from the Zahid team is in fifth place, while the positions from sixth to ninth were respectively reserved by the Emirati Adam Al Azhari, the Saudi Abdullah Kamel, the Dutchman Esme Kostermann, and the Swiss Kaira Pattig.
