Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, held a meeting this evening, Wednesday; At the government headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, to follow up on developments in the executive position of the Presidential Initiative projects, Hayat Karima, in the presence of Engineer Ahmed Abdel Azim, Director of Dar Al-Handasah Company, project consultant.
The Prime Minister reiterated the role of the projects of the Presidential Initiative for a Decent Life in bringing about a qualitative shift in the level of services provided to citizens in the targeted villages in many sectors, stressing the importance of accelerating the implementation of the remaining projects within the framework of the first phase, and accelerating the implementation of the second phase projects that aim to establish and implement more development and service projects.
During the meeting, Engineer Ahmed Abdel Azim reviewed the developments in the executive position of the projects of the Presidential Initiative for a Dignified Life, explaining that the number of villages in which the various projects were completed reached 610 villages, out of the villages targeted within the framework of the first phase, 1,477 villages, while the number of villages in which project implementation rates ranged between 80 and 95% reached 745 villages, and 108 villages whose implementation rates for their various projects ranged from 60% to 80%.

Engineer Ahmed Abdel Azim added that the period from last July 30 to October 20 witnessed the completion of projects for 63 of the targeted villages. During the same period, 677 projects were completed, and 1,427 projects were received in many sectors.
During the meeting, engineer Ahmed Abdel Azim indicated that various projects related to ambulance units, as well as irrigation bridges, and government complexes had been completed within the framework of the first phase of the presidential initiative, A Decent Life, adding that projects related to schools, drinking water, residential buildings, agricultural complexes, youth and sports centers, social solidarity facilities, and what is related to the lining of canals, record advanced implementation rates, and that It will be completed in the very near future, in view of its advanced implementation rates, pointing out in this regard that project work for regression networks, sewage and treatment plants, expulsion lines, natural gas, electricity, health units, and hospitals is being completed, and that it is planned, according to the timetable, to complete these various works during the next short period.
