Hassan Abdullah Al Madani, Governor of the Northern Governorate, received Major Hamad Sabah Siwar, Head of the Executive Office of the National Committee for Civil Emergency Management, in the presence of Brigadier General Abdullah Maantar, Deputy Governor.
During the meeting, areas of joint cooperation between the Northern Governorate and the Executive Office were reviewed, within the framework of supporting national efforts to enhance civil protection concepts, and implementing initiatives aimed at raising the level of community awareness in the areas of public safety and risk prevention.
The importance of community partnership in establishing a preventive culture and enhancing cooperation between relevant authorities to ensure the safety of citizens and residents and preserve lives and property was also emphasized.
