Abu Dhabi: “Al Khaleej” The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed a memorandum of understanding regarding activating the electronic and digital link to provide the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ ratification service for marriage contracts issued by the Judicial Department, through the department’s website and smart application, in a step aimed at simplifying procedures and providing integrated smart services that support the objectives of the “Zero Government Bureaucracy” program. The new system allows customers to fully complete the procedures for ratifying marriage contracts through the electronic platforms of the Judicial Department, while obtaining an immediate copy certified and electronically certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to be valid for use inside and outside the country, which saves time and effort and ensures
