The Ministry of Endowments issued a number of new decisions regarding sending some imams to work abroad, and renewing the assignment of a number of preaching leaders in a number of directorates, within the framework of the Ministry’s keenness to strengthen its preaching message globally and support its distinguished competencies in its leadership positions within the Republic.
The Ministry decided to send His Eminence Sheikh Mahmoud Ibrahim Ali Hussein – an imam, preacher and teacher to the Cairo Endowments Directorate; To work for the Islamic Society in the city of Brancilla, Republic of Colombia, for a year. I also decided to send His Eminence Sheikh Mahmoud Gouda Salem Zaki – an imam, preacher and teacher in the Qalyubia Endowments Directorate; To work at the Jundayi Mosque in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The Ministry of Awqaf issues new decisions regarding delegation and renewal of leadership assignments
The decisions also included renewing the following leadership assignments for one year:
1. Sheikh Muhammad Ragab Abdo Khalifa – Director of the Mahmoudiyah Endowments Department in the Beheira Endowments Directorate, managing the work of the position of Director General of the General Administration of Da’wah, Philanthropy and Endowments Affairs in the Menoufia Endowments Directorate.
2. Sheikh Mahmoud Ahmed Marzouk Ibrahim – Imam, preacher, and teacher at the General Office of the Ministry of Endowments, managing the work of the Director of the North Sinai Endowments Directorate.
3. Sheikh Abdel-Khaleq Muhammad Ali Ateefi – Chief Inspector at the Giza Endowments Directorate, managing the work of the General Director of the General Administration for Da’wah, Philanthropy and Endowments Affairs at the Ismailia Endowments Directorate.
4. Sheikh Ali Siddiq Amir Omar – Senior Dawa Inspector, continues to manage the work of the Director of the Luxor Endowments Directorate for a period of one year.
5. Sheikh Muhammad Zaki Younis Ali – Senior in the Luxor Endowments Directorate, managing the work of the position of Director General of the General Administration of Da’wah, Philanthropy and Endowments Affairs in the Qena Endowments Directorate.
6. Sheikh Yasser Helmy Muhammad Abu Ghayati – Senior Da’wah Inspector at the General Office of the Ministry of Endowments, managing the work of the General Director of the General Administration of Da’wah, Philanthropy and Endowments Affairs in the Qalyubia Endowments Directorate.
The Ministry confirmed that these decisions come within the framework of its ongoing plan to support distinguished advocacy and administrative competencies, and to enable middle leaders to perform their role in improving advocacy and administrative work, while continuing to send its advocacy missions abroad to spread rational thought and consolidate the values of tolerance and coexistence among peoples.
