His Excellency Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received at the Ministry’s headquarters today, Jason Isaacson, Chairman of the American Jewish Committee, and the accompanying delegation, on the occasion of their visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain to participate in the twenty-first session of the Manama Dialogue Conference 2025.
During the meeting, the close strategic relations existing between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the friendly United States of America were reviewed, and the common keenness to strengthen bilateral cooperation and advance it towards further development and growth in a way that serves mutual interests.
Views were also exchanged regarding the latest developments in the regional situation, and the efforts being made to maintain the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, and to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Strip, in accordance with the peace plan presented by His Excellency US President Donald Trump, and to advance efforts to establish sustainable peace, consolidate the values of tolerance and coexistence, and enhance security and stability in the region, in addition to discussing issues of common interest.
The meeting was attended by Salman Hassan Al Jalahma, Head of the Americas Affairs Sector.
