Since this Friday morning, Ahmed Al-Shatouri, head of the Tahta Center and City, has followed the regularity of work in public parking lots and gas stations, following the announcement of the new tariff after moving the prices of petroleum products, within the framework of the directives of Major General Dr. Abdel Fattah Siraj, Governor of Sohag, and taking into account the application of the law and the public interest.

Al-Shatouri inspected the public parking lots in the city of Tahta, to follow up on the installation of stickers for the new tariff and to ensure the presence of cars and the compliance of drivers with the established tariff, without any obstacles affecting the movement of citizens.
The city president also monitored the regular operation of gas stations and the availability of petroleum products in sufficient quantities to meet the needs of citizens and drivers.
The follow-up came under the direct supervision of Muhammad Tharwat, Vice President of the City, Abed Khudairi, Director of Parking, Adel Al-Shami, Financial and Administrative Inspection, and the Parking, Crisis and Public Relations Officials in the City.
Al-Shatouri stressed the continuation of intensive field follow-up work at parking lots and gas stations, to ensure full compliance with the new legally established tariff, in order to preserve the stability of the situation and achieve the public interest.
