A source inside the Zamalek Club revealed that John Edward, the sports director of the team, asked the Zamalek Club’s board of directors headed by Hussein Labib, the necessity of providing all the dues of foreign players in the coming days in any way.

The source added in exclusive statements to Cairo 24, that the sports director’s request is due to his fear that the players would make any movement in the coming period and would break the players’ contract with the white team in light of the lack of obtaining their financial dues.
The source continued, stressing that John Edward informed Hussein Labib, the club’s president and Hisham Nasr, Vice President of Zamalek Club, that the opportunities to annul foreign players are greater than the chances of annulment of the Egyptian players, as well as that the dues of the Egyptian players are not great compared to foreign players in the team.
The sports director obtained a promise to spend all the dues of foreign players in the coming hours to end this crisis completely, especially since the club does not bear any new crises in the coming hours, as the results stumbled during the recent matches.
The first football team in Zamalek Club had tied in its last matches against the Al -Mahalla spinning team with a goal result for each team in the match that they gathered last Saturday, bringing the Zamalek balance to the point 18 points, and the team continues to bleed the points after a tie with El Gouna, then the loss from Al -Ahly, then the tie with Ghazal Al -Mahalla.
