Dr. Mai Abdel Hamid, President of the Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Support Fund, accompanied by Engineer Kamal Bahgat, Vice President of the Fund, conducted a field tour inside the 44-building project in Badr City, accompanied by Engineer Al-Sayed Amin, Head of the Badr City Development Authority, as part of the ongoing follow-up of social housing projects.

During the tour, the implementation rates and quality of finishes were inspected, and the ongoing work on the site was followed up, to ensure adherence to the highest quality standards and the specified timetable, in preparation for delivering the units to the beneficiaries as soon as possible.
Dr. Mai Abdel Hamid stressed the Fund’s keenness to quickly deliver housing projects to citizens and achieve the highest levels of quality in implementation.
While Engineer Kamal Bahjat pointed out that the project is one of the distinctive projects in Badr City, within the state’s plan to provide decent housing for citizens and implement the directives of the political leadership in this regard.
For his part, Engineer Al-Sayyid Amin, Head of the Badr City Development Authority, stated that the city authority is working around the clock in coordination with the implementing agencies to complete all finishing works, facilities and services on the specified dates, in implementation of the directives of the political leadership to quickly deliver units to citizens and with the highest possible quality.
He added that the project is witnessing daily follow-up from all sectors, stressing that Badr City is witnessing a major urban and service boom in various fields, which reflects the state’s ongoing efforts to improve the quality of life for citizens.
