This evening, Major General Dr. Muhammad Al-Zamlot, Governor of the New Valley, and Mustafa Ismail, Secretary-General of the Main Sharia Association, signed a joint cooperation protocol to allocate the social rehabilitation building in the city of Mut, Dakhla Center, to establish and operate a center for the rehabilitation and care of people with special needs in the center, in the presence of Hanan Magdy, Deputy Governor, officials of the Social Solidarity Directorate in the governorate and the leaders of the association.
In accordance with the protocol, the association is responsible for managing and equipping the center, and providing it with the latest devices and equipment necessary for physical therapy, speech therapy, and psychological and social rehabilitation, which contributes to improving the quality of services provided to this important segment of society.
The governor stressed that the signing of the protocol embodies the governorate’s commitment to providing the finest care and rehabilitation services, praising the pioneering community role of civil society organizations as an essential partner in the development process.
