The Executive Committee of the Third Asian Youth Games signed a bronze sponsorship agreement with DHL Express, as part of strengthening institutional partnerships with the private sector to support this continental sporting event, which is hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain under the generous patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the country, may God protect and preserve him. The Executive Committee was represented at the signing ceremony by Mr. Yousef Daij, Chairman of the Committee, and Majed Taha, General Manager of the DHL office in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where the importance of this partnership was emphasized in supporting the efforts of the Organizing Committee and enhancing the institutional presence in major sporting events targeting the youth category. The Chairman of the Tournament’s Executive Committee, Yousef Daij, praised this initiative, saying: “The participation of DHL Express in sponsoring the Tournament is a qualitative addition that reflects the confidence of leading institutions in Bahrain’s ability to organize world-class sporting events. This partnership contributes to enhancing the positive image of the Tournament and expanding the scope of its institutional and media influence.” For his part, Majed Taha said: “We at DHL Express are proud of this partnership, which reflects our commitment to supporting national initiatives that have a societal impact. Our sponsorship of the Asian Youth Games comes from our belief in the importance of sport in building bridges of communication and enabling future generations to achieve their ambitions.”
