Egypt’s first national football team, led by Captain Hossam Hassan, concluded its training today, Tuesday, at the Al-Arabi Al-Zawli Stadium in Morocco, in preparation for the Djibouti match scheduled to be held at seven in the evening tomorrow, Wednesday, within the ninth round of the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup finals, as the team seeks to achieve victory and enhance its chances of qualifying.

Also present were Khaled Sobhi, Yasser Ibrahim, Amr El-Gazzar, Hossam Abdel-Maguid, Ahmed Nabil Koka, Marwan Attia, Hamdi Fathi, and Muhannad Lashin. Mahmoud Saber, Ahmed Sayed Zizou, Mahmoud Trezeguet, Mohamed Salah, Ibrahim Adel, Mustafa Fathi, Mustafa Mohamed, and Osama Faisal, as the players demonstrated their enthusiasm and full readiness for the anticipated match.

Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, was keen to attend the training session, accompanied by Ambassador Ahmed Abdel Latif, the Egyptian Ambassador to Morocco. The training also witnessed the presence of Khaled Al-Dirndali, Vice President of the Federation, Mohamed Yahya Lotfy, President of the United Sports Company, Ahmed Helmy Al-Sharif, Council member and head of the delegation, in addition to Mustafa Abu Zahra and Tarek Abu Al-Enein, members of the Council, which reflects the great support that The team enjoys it at this important stage.
