This morning, Lieutenant General Adel bin Khalifa Al-Fadil, Deputy Minister of Interior, received Lieutenant General Dr. Uday Samir Halim, Director General of Traffic at the Ministry of Interior in the Republic of Iraq, and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of Sheikh Nasser bin Abdul Rahman Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, and Major General Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Wahhab Al Khalifa, Director General of the General Traffic Department.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Interior welcomed the visiting delegation, stressing the depth of the historical and fraternal relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Iraq, and the continuous development they are witnessing in various fields. During the meeting, a number of topics of common interest were reviewed, and ways to enhance cooperation and exchange of experiences were discussed, in a way that contributes to supporting security efforts and achieving common goals between the two brotherly countries.
