Issam Abdulaziz Al-Jassem, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the French Republic, participated in the meeting held by Senator Cédric Perrin, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs, Defense and Armed Forces Committee in the French Senate, with a group of ambassadors of Arab countries in Paris, at the headquarters of the French Senate.
Ways to enhance cooperation in various political, economic and development fields and coordinate joint efforts in a way that serves mutual interests and enhances the process of development and stability in the region were discussed, in addition to raising the most prominent issues in the Arab region, and emphasizing the importance of continuing coordination and intensifying efforts aimed at supporting stability and enhancing opportunities for just and comprehensive peace, in a way that ensures the fulfillment of the aspirations of the peoples of the region for security and development.
Views were also exchanged on current issues on the regional and international arenas, and the importance of continuing joint consultation and coordination regarding various developments was stressed.
