While the Real Estate Regulatory Authority announced the opening of a tender to design, develop and implement an integrated digital system, indicating that the goal of this tender is to fully automate and modernize the basic services provided by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. The corporation explained that it seeks to enhance operational efficiency by simplifying workflow, reducing processing times, and reducing manual errors to a minimum, and it received 14 bids, the lowest of which was 26 thousand dinars.
