The Educational Administration in Qalyubia announced that, in light of what was circulated on some social media pages regarding the appearance of a number of snakes inside a secondary school in Qalyubia Governorate, the administration confirms that this information is completely false.
The administration explained in its statement that what happened inside the school was merely an operation to cut the grass and comprehensively clean and disinfect the school grounds and its surroundings, as part of regular maintenance work to maintain a safe and healthy school environment for students and teachers.
The administration stressed that no snakes or reptiles were found inside the school, stressing that the educational process is proceeding normally and regularly without any obstacles.
The educational administration also calls on parents and social media users to ensure accuracy and not be led by rumours, and to rely only on official statements issued by the competent authorities.
