A number of members of the Shura and Representatives Councils praised the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, to offer three job opportunities to every job seeker registered with the Ministry of Labor before the end of this year, stressing that this initiative is consistent with the lofty royal vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the country, to make the citizen the focus and primary goal of development, and reflects The Kingdom of Bahrain attaches great importance to empowering citizens and enhancing their contribution to the comprehensive national renaissance process.
They indicated in exclusive statements to Bahrain News Agency (BNA) that the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister represent a strategic step towards achieving sustainability in employment programs and expanding the base of national participation in the economy, by empowering Bahraini talents in various production and service sectors. They appreciated the wide response by many national companies and institutions by providing the National Employment Platform of the Ministry of Labor with job vacancies, including It reflects a firm national awareness of the importance of supporting government initiatives and investing in Bahraini energies in advancing comprehensive development.
In this context, Mr. Ahmed Sabah Al-Saloum, Chairman of the Finance and Economic Committee of the House of Representatives, appreciated the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, stressing that they reflect His Highness’s great keenness to support citizens and empower them economically and professionally, praising the contribution of national companies and private sector institutions in supporting this national initiative by providing job opportunities that contribute to absorbing Bahraini competencies and investing young energies in various fields of production.
He stressed that benefiting from national skills and qualified Bahraini labor represents a fundamental pillar for enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy and building a productive society based on efficiency and sustainability, praising the efforts made by the Ministry of Labor in effectively linking job seekers with available opportunities, and raising the readiness of national cadres through specialized training and qualification programs.
For her part, Mrs. Jalila Alawi Al-Sayyid, Member of the House of Representatives, expressed her appreciation for the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, stressing that they represent a qualitative leap in efforts to promote human development and establish the principle of investment in the Bahraini citizen as he is the focus of development and the basis of its sustainability.
She appreciated the pivotal role played by the Ministry of Labor in implementing these directives through close cooperation with private sector institutions and integrating efforts towards creating a stimulating work environment that accommodates national competencies and paves the way for them to effectively contribute to the Kingdom’s renaissance.
In turn, Basma Mubarak, a member of the House of Representatives, confirmed that the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to provide three job opportunities for every job seeker, express an enlightened vision that keeps pace with the aspirations of citizens, and is consistent with the goals of the government’s program to enhance efficiency, equal opportunities, and build a sustainable national economy.
