Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior is threatened with imprisonment due to a problem inside his country, Brazil, due to his birthday, which he held earlier this year.
The Spanish newspaper Marca revealed the details of this event, saying: “Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior was tried before the Brazilian judiciary, because he was accused of “disturbing neighbors and disrupting public tranquility, during the huge party he held in the city of Rio de Janeiro to celebrate his twenty-fifth birthday, according to what official sources confirmed on Wednesday.”

The newspaper continued: “The case is being conducted before the Ninth Special Criminal Court in Rio de Janeiro, which is competent to look into minor violations, based on a complaint filed by a neighbor in the area where the party was held, which lasted from July 19 until the early hours of July 21.”
According to the details of the complaint published by the O Globo newspaper, the party was held inside a luxury villa designated for major events such as weddings and official events, but it caused a loud noise that disturbed the residents and broke the general calm in the neighborhood.
The complainant stated that he contacted the Rio de Janeiro Military Police, who came to the place and asked those present to lower the volume of the music after they noticed that it was excessively loud.
The complainant also explained that Vinicius and his guests initially complied with police instructions, but as soon as the security force left, the music returned to a very high level.
The judicial authority in the state of Rio de Janeiro explained that a preliminary hearing in the case will be held on November 6 to consider the details of the complaint.
According to Brazilian law, the crime of “disturbing work or disturbing public peace” is punishable by imprisonment for a period ranging from 15 days to 3 months or a fine.
Local media reported that Vinicius organized a huge party to celebrate his 25th birthday, which included concerts performed by American rapper Travis Scott, in addition to fireworks and entertainment activities similar to what is found in amusement parks.
According to what was published by the newspaper “O Globo”, the ceremony was attended by about 500 guests, including his colleague in French Real Madrid, Eduardo Camavinga, and a number of celebrities, most notably the Brazilian singer Anita, one of the most famous stars of reggaeton music in Latin America.
